Read a Contact's profile

See everything help.ai knows about one person, and where each fact came from.

Last updated

A Contact's page brings together what your agents have learned about one person across conversations and forms. Open Contacts and select a name.

Profile#

The profile lists Name, Email, Phone, Company, Role, Location, Preferred contact and Preferred time. A field nobody has mentioned shows a dash.

Each filled-in field carries a tag:

TagMeaning
VerifiedThe visitor confirmed it, in a form or a tool answer
AIAI inferred it from the conversation. The tag shows how confident it is, such as "AI 80%".

Hover over a tag to see its source: Form, Tool answer, AI extraction or Enrichment. Before you rely on an AI fact, such as an email address you're about to write to, confirm it with the customer.

Identity#

Emails, Phones and Visitor IDs list every handle linked to this person. help.ai uses them to recognize the same person when they come back.
