# Manage your AI agents

> Find, pause and delete agents, see where each one runs, and review their test conversations.

The **AI Agents** page lists every agent in the workspace, where it runs and what it can use.

## Find an agent

Search with **Search agents...**, or filter by **All statuses** to see only **Enabled** or **Disabled** agents. You can sort by **Agent** or **Updated**.

| Column | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| Agent | The name and description, its model and what it can use (such as "3 tools · 1 Library item"), and who created it |
| Status | **Enabled** or **Disabled** |
| Deployments | Its channels and how many are live, such as "3 deployments · 2 live", or **Not deployed** with a **Deploy** link |
| Updated | When it last changed, and by whom |

## Change an agent

Select its name, or open the row's actions menu (⋯) and select **Edit**. When you select **Save changes**, the agent uses your changes from its next reply, including in conversations already under way.

## Review its conversations

On the row, open **Chat**:

- **New conversation** starts a test chat.
- **Conversations** lists earlier test chats with this agent, with **Title**, **Messages** and **Last Message**. Select **Continue** to pick one up. A row's actions menu has **AI usage**, **Rename**, **Archive** (or **Unarchive**) and **Delete**.

Visitor conversations from your deployments are in **Inbox**, not here.

## See where it runs

**Manage deployments** in the actions menu opens **Deployments** for this agent. A deployment keeps the agent it was created with: to move a deployment to another agent, create a new deployment for that agent.

## Pause an agent

**Disable** in the actions menu stops every chat and deployment that uses the agent, without deleting anything. **Enable** turns it back on.

## Delete an agent

**Delete** in the actions menu asks you to confirm: "This action cannot be undone." Its deployments stay in **Deployments** but stop answering, so create new ones for another agent first.

<Tip>
Disable an agent instead of deleting it when you might need it again.
